During Beyer’s tenure at Wheeling Jesuit, academic support and investment expanded with the launch of programs in engineering, performing arts, health science (online) and environmental science. Beyer also initiated and led four fundraising projects including a campaign for a new Downtown Facility for the physical therapy department, a new athletic turf field, a townhouse project for graduate housing, and a new music recital hall. All major funds for the project initiatives were secured through new benefactor relationships.
